All the staff was really helpful and very supportive, solved my issues. The location of this hotel near the capital of Malta was lovely. It also was close to the airport.

Lovely room with a amazing harbor view.
The fire alarm went off , causing panic among guests. No staff member came to check on us. The check-in process was confusing due to unclear directions provided.

We stayed in the Superior Suite with Sea View. The room was fine, with lots of natural light, a private balcony, and a tv. It even had a coffee machine and a mini fridge! The cleaning lady was super cheerful and let us in early. The view was beautiful!

The location can be confusing due to no house numbers!!! The fire alarm issue was inconvenient, lasted too long, and nobody checked on us!!! The app for door access didn't function at night!!! Better communication needed regarding breakfast!!!

The Superior Double or Twin Room with Sea View was lovely! It was spacious and had a great view. The Netflix on the TV was a nice touch for a rainy day. USB and USB C outlets were super convenient too. The breakfast was basic but tasty and the cleaning staff were really cheerful!

Stayed at the eldoriss for 3 nights and loved the beautiful, modern room. It had everything, a coffee machine, hairdryer, fridge, and safe. The location was fantastic, just steps away from the sea. The staff were really nice, and the breakfast was excellent, setting a great tone for the day.
